Tender Healthcare Services provides specialised support for both mainstream and separated children seeking international protection in Ireland, aged 15-18 years. We recognise the unique challenges these young individuals face navigating adolescence while managing trauma and the uncertainty of their circumstances.
Our mission is to deliver compassionate, trauma-informed care that promotes the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of each child as they rebuild their lives.
We work in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive healthcare, which includes medical screenings, vaccinations, and other essential services. Additionally, we offer mental health support through counselling, providing a safe space for children to process their experiences and foster resilience.
Our services extend to peer support groups, educational resources, life skills programs, and vocational guidance, empowering young people to take active steps toward a positive future. With a multilingual, culturally sensitive team, we ensure personalised care that upholds the dignity of each child.

Our Mission
Our mission at Tender Healthcare Services is to provide a safe, nurturing, and culturally sensitive residential environment for our young service users, aged 15-18, where their rights, dignity, and individual needs are respected and upheld. Through compassionate care, individualized support, and advocacy, we aim to empower the young people to develop the skills, confidence, and resilience necessary to thrive in their new lives while transitioning to adulthood. We work collaboratively with the residents, multidisciplinary team, social work department, and communities to ensure the holistic development of each young person and a seamless transition to independent living.
