At Tender Healthcare Services, we provide specialist care and support for separated children seeking international protection, as well as mainstream children in vulnerable circumstances. Our mission is rooted in compassion, dignity, and resilience helping young people aged 15–18 navigate the complexities of adolescence while managing trauma, displacement, or instability.

Supporting Vulnerable Youth with Holistic, Person-Centered Care
Seperated Children
In partnership with Tusla, we provide safe accommodation and experienced care staff for separated children aged 15–18 seeking international protection, ensuring their well-being, cultural sensitivity, and integration into services.
Children Homes Residential Accommodation
We provide residential care for children placed in state custody, working closely with government agencies and social workers to ensure a fair process for families and a safe, supportive environment for each child.
Placement Support Programmes
We support children and teenagers in foster care who are at risk of placement breakdown and growing instability, helping to restore stability and continuity through tailored interventions.
Services for People of All Ages with Intellectual Disabilities
We deliver personalized care for individuals of all ages with intellectual disabilities, empowering them to live with dignity, independence, and inclusion. Services include day support, skills training, and interventions.
